The families of Israelis held hostage by the pro-independence organization Hamas have called for the downfall of the government. They held an emergency press conference in Tel Aviv on Saturday. From there, all Israelis were called to take to the streets and oust Netanyahu’s government. Qatar-based media Al Jazeera confirmed this information.

Hamas released a video of an Israeli hostage. The freedom-seeking organization said that the hostage was killed in an Israeli airstrike. Soon after the news of his death broke, other hostage family members held a press conference.

At the press conference, they said, Hamas is regrouping in areas occupied by Israeli forces in Gaza.

Family members of the hostages sharply criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the press conference. They claimed that the hostage deal is not happening only because of Netanyahu.

They said Netanyahu is not only preventing the return of hostages. He is not allowing Israel to succeed either. To free our hostages from Hamas we must be free from Netanyahu.
