The physiotherapist will regularly perform the specialized exercises shown. Don’t stop exercising even in Hajr. Those with more severe pain may carry knee-caps for knee pain and lumbar corsets or waist belts for back pain, as needed. However, it is best not to use corsets all the time. Patients with heel pain should use heel cushions and special soft shoes.
Those who like hot shakes can keep a hot water bag with them. Pain relievers like Aceclofenac can be taken as prescribed by the doctor to reduce temporary acute pain. Patients with diabetes and high blood pressure should take extra precautions. The less pain medication diabetics take, the better.
People who suffer from chronic pain can get electrotherapy for temporary pain relief. However, therapeutic exercises or exercises should be learned very well and should be exercised according to the rules. But at the root of everything lies the correct diagnosis of the cause of the pain.
