Bhola: Three people including a child were killed when houses and trees were crushed by Cyclone Remal. Among them, a child named Maisha (4) in Daulatkhan upazila, Md. in Borahanuddin upazila. A farmer named Jahangir (50), Maneja Khatun (55) of Lalmohan Upazila, a woman died.

Barisal: Two people were killed when part of the roof wall of a multi-storey building collapsed in Barisal Nagar due to stormy winds and fell on the adjacent tin shed food hotel.
