On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, 10 pairs of Eid special trains have started running from today (June 12). Bangladesh Railway has taken this decision to facilitate the journey of domestic people.

This information is known from the action plan taken by Bangladesh Railways on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.

It is said in the action plan, Chandpur Eid Special (1, 2, 3 and 4) Chittagong-Chandpur-Chittagong on Eid-ul-Azha; Dewanganj Eid Special (5 and 6) Dhaka-Dewanganj-Dhaka; Mymensingh Eid Special (7 & 8) Chittagong-Mymensingh-Chittagong; Cox’s Bazar Eid Special (8 & 9) will operate on the Chittagong-Cox’s Bazar-Chittagong route from June 12 to the day before Eid and for 7 days after Eid.

Apart from this, Parvatipur Eid Special (15 and 16) will run on Joydevpur-Parvatipur-Joydevpur route on June 13-15 (3 days) and after Eid on June 21-23 (3 days).

On the other hand, Sholakia Eid Special (11 and 12) Bhairab Bazar-Kishorganj-Bhairab Bazar; Sholakia Eid Special (13 and 14) Mymensingh-Kishorganj-Mymensingh; Gor-e-Shaheed Eid Special (17 & 18) Parvatipur-Dinajpur-Parvatipur; Gor-e-Shaheed Eid Special (19 & 20) will ply on Thakurgaon-Dinajpur-Thakurgaon route only on Eid days.
