Haj pre-registration will be closed till July 31. Earlier, Hajjatri pre-registration was closed from last June 12 to June 30 for renovation work.
Now a notification has been issued by the Ministry of Religion to extend the period of suspension of registration by one more month.
It is said that for the information of all Hajj concerned, the deadline for the pre-registration of Hajj has been extended till July 31 for the purpose of reconciliation.
The notification requested all concerned to take necessary measures in this regard.
Next year also 1 lakh 27 thousand 198 people from Bangladesh will be able to perform Hajj. However, due to the increase in the cost of Hajj, 42,000 pilgrims were less than the quota this year.
