The agitating students have controlled the traffic signal and cleared the road in Chandpur

The program started in different parts of the city from Tuesday morning. Apart from this, in the afternoon, a victory procession came out in front of Chandpur Central Shaheed Minar.

It can be seen around the city, where there is no traffic police, the students are responsible for orderly movement of vehicles. They performed duties at important roads including Bus Stand, Hilsa Chatwar, Shapat Chatwar, New Bazaar of the city. Requested the vehicle drivers to join hands and obey the traffic laws.

Meanwhile, during the movement, the students cleaned the garbage lying on the road in a team. Starting from the District Commissioner’s office, the roads which were unclean were cleaned.

The leaders of the Coordinating Committee of the Quota Reform Movement have miked to ensure that there is no attack or looting, especially in Chandpur district.

Coordinator Nadeem Patwari said, “We are announcing from Monday evening so that no one attacks, loots. We are not a dictatorship. So we have to make our country clean. The scars left by dictatorship must be erased.”
