There are also two student representatives on this advisory council for monitoring and oversight and for having a student voice. How to ensure justice will be transparent and such incidents will not repeat in the country can be answered soon. But they want justice for every disappearance.

Rizwana Hasan said that a harassment case has been filed against those who protested. There have been many political harassment cases before. It has been decided to take action on how to stop those harassment cases.

What about controversial laws?

Even though the ICT Act, Digital Security Act has been repealed, many people have been punished under them, many are in jail, many are being prosecuted. These will also be brought in harassment cases. Rizwana Hasan said that how the laws can be changed so that they cannot be used against free expression or can not be used to suppress opposing views will be discussed later.

When asked whether the controversial Cyber ​​Security Act will be repealed or not, Rizwana Hasan said that the provisions of the Cyber ​​Security Act are being misused and are being considered for cancellation.

Courts, educational institutions are opening

 

Rizwana Hasan said that the proceedings in the High Court are closed. The legal advisor has been given responsibility in this regard. He will talk to the senior lawyers and take measures as soon as possible to start the trial.
