18 Inspectors of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have been transferred. The transferred 18 police inspectors were serving as Officer-in-Charge (OC) of various police stations of DMP. This information was confirmed by the police on Tuesday (August 13). They were transferred in a notification at the police headquarters on Monday (August 12). Among the transferred inspectors are former OC BM Farman Ali of Jatrabari police station, Mazharul Islam of Gulshan, Abul Kalam Azad of Motijheel, Monir Hossain Molla of Paltan, Mostazirur Rahman of Shahbagh and Apoorba Hasan of Pallabir.

According to the notification, BM Farman Ali of Uttara Paschim police station was sent to APBN and specialized training center in Khagrachari, Md. of Shahbag police station. Mostazirur Rahman in the in-service training center of Barisal, Mohammad Mohsin of Tejgaon police station in the in-service training center of Sunamganj, Md. of Gulshan police station. Majharul Islam to APBN and specialized training center of Khagrachari, Monir Hossain Molla of Paltan police station to Rangpur range was canceled to in-service training center of Sunamganj, Md of Motijheel police station. Abul Kalam Azad has been transferred to In-Service Training Center at Pirojpur and Apurba Hasan of Pallabi Thana has been transferred to In-Service Training Center at Thakurgaon.

In addition, Md. Abu Saeed Al Mamun in in-service training center at Bandarban in Chittagong range, Anichur Rahman Mollah in in-service training center in Sherpur in Mymensingh range, Kazi Mainul Islam in in-service training center in Netrakona, Sheikh Shahanur Rahman in APBN in-service training center in Khagrachhari, Abu Ansar in in-service training center in Jamalpur. -In Service Training Center, Mohammad Rizaul Haque to In-Service Training Center, Sylhet, Mohammad Zahirul Islam to APBN and Specialized Training Center, Khagrachari by canceling transfer order of SB Dhaka, Kazi Abul Kalam to APBN and Specialized Training Center, Khagrachari by canceling transfer order, Munsi Sabbir Ahmad to APBN and Specialized Training Center, Khagrachari. Lalmonirhat in-service training center, Md. Mahabub Rahman has been transferred to In-Service Training Center Gaibandhar, BM Moshiur Rahman has been transferred to APBN PSTS Betbunia, Rangamati.
