Professor Yunus and Former Advisers Attend Iftar at Fawzul Kabir’s Residence

Several former advisers joined Professor Muhammad Yunus for an iftar gathering on Friday evening. The event was hosted by former Power and Energy Adviser Fawzul Kabir Khan at his official residence on Minto Road.
Family members of the former advisers were also present at the iftar and dinner. Among the other notable attendees were former Bangladesh Bank Governor Ahsan H Mansur and current Anti-Corruption Commission Chairman Mohammad Abdul Momen.
In a Facebook post, former press secretary Shafiqul Alam said that Fawzul Kabir Khan and his family are preparing to vacate the Minto Road government residence and will move into a rented home starting Saturday. He also shared several photos from the iftar and dinner on social media.
Those in attendance included former advisers Salehuddin Ahmed, Asif Nazrul, Adilur Rahman Khan, Syeda Rizwana Hasan, Md. Touhid Hossain, Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, C R Abrar, Sheikh Bashir Uddin, Sharmeen S Murshid, A K M Shakhawat Hossain, Farida Akhter, Bidhan Ranjan Poddar, and Supradip Chakma.
