The Saudi Ambassador to Saudi Arabia in Dhaka, Abdullah Jafar H. bin Abiya, paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.

Prime Minister’s Additional Press Secretary Atiqur Rahman Rumon confirmed the meeting, stating that it took place at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday at the Cabinet Division of the Secretariat.

During the meeting, the two discussed issues of mutual interest between the brotherly nations, including preparations for the upcoming Hajj pilgrimage.

Earlier in the morning, Prime Minister Tarique Rahman arrived at the Secretariat at 9:05 a.m., where he was received by Principal Secretary A. B. M. Abdus Sattar.
