Mirza Abbas Admitted to Hospital

BNP Standing Committee Member and Adviser to the Prime Minister, Mirza Abbas, has been admitted to hospital after falling ill. He was taken to Evercare Hospital in the capital late Tuesday night (March 11).
According to sources, Mirza Abbas suddenly lost consciousness while drinking water during iftar on Wednesday evening. When his condition did not improve, he was admitted to the hospital late at night for medical care.
His wife, Afroza Abbas, president of the Jatiyatabadi Mohila Dal, has requested prayers from the nation for her husband’s quick recovery.
It is worth noting that the first session of the 13th National Parliament is being held today, where Mirza Abbas was expected to attend along with other members of parliament.
