The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has withdrawn three officers from Mohammadpur Zone, including the Assistant Commissioner, the Inspector (Operations) of Mohammadpur Police Station, and the Duty Officer.

Assistant Commissioner Mehedi Hasan has been reassigned to DMP Headquarters, while Inspector (Operations) Abdul Alim and Sub-Inspector Masuduzzaman, who served as Duty Officer, have been transferred to the Reserve Force.

The transfers were confirmed late Friday (September 19) by Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Talebur Rahman of DMP’s Media and Public Relations Division.

He stated that the changes were made on administrative grounds, with the officers now attached to DMP Headquarters and the Reserve Force.
