Rafiyath Rashid Mithila is a popular actress of two Bengali. He recently faced Anandabazar in an interview. Talked about his friendship with Tahsan, Srijit’s wife and daughter Ayra.

A new relationship after a breakup. Mithila said about the release of Tahsan’s series, we did not work after 2016. We got separated in 2017. I worked after so many years. Discussion and criticism started around this.

He said, “We have to listen to many things – Mithila-Tahsan worked together for money, but could not stay together for the sake of the child!” People don’t know about our relationship. We are very good. Ayra was only one year old when we parted. I have traveled everywhere with him. Got home help. I left the baby with Tahsan and went out. Even when I go out for work, they did not object if I took Ayra with me from work.

He also said that there is a saying in Africa – ‘It takes a whole village to raise a child’. That’s true. I mean—parents, in-laws, and friends are all needed in raising children.

Mithila said, viewers are thinking that Mithila and Tahsan met in 2024 after 2016. It’s not, we talk every day. It’s not like the two meet after many years, and the music is playing in the background.

When asked whether it is normal to be in a relationship after separation, Mithila said that not all relationships can be friendships. But if there is a child, his interest should be seen first. Children’s mental health comes first to me. That should be it. I could not see Ayra. Tahsan and I fought – the child will be harmed in this battle of egos.

He said, Tahsan and I have been together for 14 years and have a family. We started from university. Both know each other well. Ayra comes first to both of us.
