Renowned Bangladeshi filmmaker CB Zaman has passed away. He breathed his last on Friday, December 20, at 3:30 PM.

His son, CF Zaman, confirmed the news to the media, stating that his father had been in the ICU for a week following a heart attack. Decisions regarding his funeral and burial arrangements are yet to be finalized after discussions with other family members.

CB Zaman had an illustrious career, directing acclaimed films such as Ujan Bhati, Jhorer Pakhi, Purushkar, and Kusum Kali. In addition to filmmaking, he also made appearances as an actor in several productions.
