EC reveals total voter turnout percentage in Ducsu polls

The balloting for the Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (Ducsu) and hall union elections has concluded, and vote counting is underway.
Earlier in the afternoon around 3pm, DU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan announced that overall voter turnout across centres had reached 78.33 percent.
Polling began at 8am Tuesday (September 9) at the designated eight centres and continued until 4pm. Throughout the day, returning officers from different halls provided updates on the percentage of votes cast.
