”Allow Us to Work Unhindered,” Pleads Dr. Yunus in National Address

In his address to the nation on Sunday at 7:30 PM, Chief Advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus expressed concern over the ongoing gatherings around the Secretariat, near his office, and in various parts of the city since the interim government took office. He acknowledged the pain and frustration accumulated over the past 16 years and emphasized the importance of allowing the government to work unhindered.

Dr. Yunus appealed to the public for their support, stating, “If you do not allow us to work, all avenues to alleviate your suffering will be closed. I earnestly request that you let us do our job. Please do not obstruct our efforts by surrounding us.”

He urged those with demands or grievances to submit them in writing, assuring that the interim government is not an adversary and will address any legitimate concerns within the bounds of the law.
