To the people, the chief advisor of the interim government, Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus, said that the answer to when our government will leave is in your hands. The people will decide that. We on our part will not take steps to extend the tenure of the government. He said this in his address to the nation at 7:30 pm on Sunday.
He said, when the elections will be held is a complete political decision. We will leave when they say so.
The chief adviser said, everyone is interested to know about one thing, when our government will leave. The answer is in your hands, when will you say goodbye to us. We are not people to rule the country. We find joy in our respective professions. Our advisory board is also motivated by this goal and is working as a team.
He said, we have accepted the responsibility of the government at the call of the students during the crisis of the country. When the elections will be held is purely a political decision, not our decision.
