A major fire broke out at a garage beside the TCB building in the capital’s Karwan Bazar area. After receiving the alert, four fire service units rushed to the scene, and a total of 10 units — including six additional teams — are working to bring the blaze under control.

According to Shahjahan Hossain, duty officer at the Fire Service control room, the report of the fire was received at 10:28 pm on Monday (February 16). Four units immediately responded and began firefighting efforts, with six more units subsequently dispatched to assist.
