The leaders of the Tejgaon College Shangbadik Samiti (TCSS) recently paid a courtesy visit to the Acting Principal of Tejgaon College, Shamima Yasmin. During the meeting, they engaged in a constructive discussion about the association's ongoing activities, future plans, and initiatives to improve the environment for journalism on campus.
The discussion emphasized the importance of strengthening the role of TCSS members in fostering an effective, organized, and positive journalism culture at Tejgaon College. They also explored the possibility of organizing regular training sessions, workshops, and media tours to enhance students' journalistic skills.
The TCSS leadership expressed optimism that, with the support and guidance of the college administration, the association’s activities would become more dynamic and impactful.
Among those present at the meeting were Ismail Sardar, former reporter at national media outlet SA TV and current staff reporter at NNBd, Azizul Islam Yuvraj, staff reporter at the daily Rupali Desh and senior member of TCSS, along with other leaders of the organization.
The Tejgaon College Shangbadik Samiti (TCSS) has long been working to promote journalism at the college level, develop students' professional skills, and create opportunities for student engagement with the broader media industry.
