The Election Commission (EC) is set to release the roadmap for the upcoming 13th national election next week.

EC Senior Secretary Akhtar Ahmed told reporters at the commission’s headquarters today that preparations are underway.

“We have finalized discussions on the roadmap and plan to make it public next week. This will provide clarity on the EC’s arrangements,” he said.

He also mentioned that the EC secretary will hold a briefing for journalists next week to explain how media personnel can vote while on duty on election day.
