After 2 days of breaking the record, the price of gold rose again in the country’s market

The price of gold rose again in the country’s market. The new price of 22 carat gold per bhari (11.664 grams) has been fixed at Tk 1 lakh 17 thousand 613. So far this is the highest price of gold in the history of the country.

 

This information was revealed in a press release of Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS).

It is said that the price of acid gold (pure) has increased in the country’s market. In this situation, a decision was taken to increase the price considering the overall situation in a meeting of Bajus on Monday. The new price will be effective from 4 PM on Monday.

 

According to the latest announcement, the price of gold has been increased by Tk 1 thousand 789 in this round.

The price of 22 carats has been fixed at Tk 1 lakh 17 thousand 613. And 21 carat 1 lakh 12 thousand 207 taka and 18 carat 96 thousand 228 taka. Apart from this, the price of gold has been fixed at 80 thousand 190 taka in accordance with the traditional method.

Earlier on Saturday (April 6) Bajus had announced to increase the price of gold. In that notification, the price of 22 carat was 1 lakh 15 thousand 824 taka, 21 carat 1 lakh 10 thousand 575 taka and 18 carat 94 thousand 770 taka. Apart from this, the price of gold was fixed at 78 thousand 965 taka in accordance with the traditional method.
