Zimbabwe could not be whitewashed. In the last match of the 5-match series, Bangladesh lost to visiting Zimbabwe by a big margin of 8 wickets.

Chasing a target of 158 to win, opener Brian Bennett and skipper Sikandar Raja managed to win by losing 2 wickets in 18.3 overs (with 9 balls in hand).

Bangladesh lost the toss and chose to bat first. Despite losing quick wickets in the beginning, the Tigers put up a challenging score of 157 runs with the bat of Mahmudullah Riyad. In reply, Zimbabwe reached the target in 18.3 overs.
