In a condolence message sent to Iran’s First Vice President Mohammad Mokhbar on Monday, the President expressed deep grief on behalf of the people of Bangladesh over the death of the country’s President and Foreign Minister and other travel companions in a helicopter accident.
The president said, “President Raisi’s visionary actions and his courage in various crises will be a model of inspiration for us.”
The president also said, “Iran has lost a wise and wise leader in the death of President Raisi.”
He then prayed for the souls of the deceased and expressed his condolences to the bereaved family members and the fraternal people of Iran.
