According to the weather forecast for the next 24 hours from 9 am on Monday, day and night temperatures may drop across the country. Day and night temperatures may remain almost unchanged on Tuesday and Wednesday.

According to the weather synoptic condition, the low pressure over West Bengal and nearby areas is coupled with Monsoon. The monsoon axis extends through Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal and central Bangladesh to Assam. Monsoon is active over the country and prevails over North Bay of Bengal.
