There is a possibility of more or less rain today in all parts of the country including the capital. Some parts of the country may experience moderate to heavy rainfall. Despite the rain, the weather department has predicted that day and night temperatures may remain almost unchanged in all parts of the country.

This information was given in a forecast signed by meteorologist Md. Monowar Hossain on Saturday (August 3).

According to the forecast, it may rain in most places of Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions today. Gusts or stormy winds may blow at this time. Also, moderate to very heavy rainfall may occur at some parts of the country.

Meanwhile, Feni of Chittagong Division received the heaviest rain in the country yesterday. Feni received the highest rainfall in the country at 231 mm. The capital received 60 mm of rain throughout the day.
