BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has claimed Dr. Muhammad Yunus as his nominee. He said, ‘Dr. Yunus is our… students, our nominee whom we have entrusted on behalf of the entire nation to carry out this interim government.’
BNP Secretary General told reporters these things while visiting the injured at Bangladesh Orthopedic Hospital on Thursday.
Referring to the ‘lack of democracy’ as the root of this whole problem, Dr. He described it as the main work of Muhammad Yunus.
“The sooner he can bring back democracy, the more successful he will be… There should be a return to democratic government through elections as soon as possible,” said the BNP secretary general.
