From the first day of April, the hottest month of the year, mild to moderate heat waves are blowing in different parts of the country. This heat wave is unlikely to stop soon. As heat waves increase, the amount of water vapor in the air increases. It can increase people's discomfort.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heat waves in three categories today and Wednesday. However, the temperature dropped a bit on Tuesday compared to the previous day. Temperatures are expected to rise further on Thursday.

According to the forecast given by the Meteorological Department on Tuesday evening, mild to moderate heat wave is flowing over Rajshahi, Dhaka and Khulna divisions. This heat wave may continue. And it can spread further.

The highest temperature of the country was recorded at Chuadanga, 38.7 degrees Celsius. Mongla and Ishwardi recorded the highest temperature in the country on Monday at 39 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature recorded in Dhaka yesterday was 36.5 degrees Celsius. The previous day, Monday, the temperature of the capital was 37.7 degrees Celsius.

Meteorologist of the Department of Meteorology. Bajlur Rashid said that the temperature on Wednesday may remain the same as on Tuesday. But the temperature may rise again tomorrow Thursday.

The average maximum temperature of the country in April is 33.2 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department publishes the weather conditions of 44 stations in the country every day. Out of these 44 stations, 33 stations recorded temperatures above 33 degrees Celsius yesterday.
