The Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) has announced a nationwide human chain protest in all educational institutions on Monday, condemning the increasing violence, oppression, rape, online harassment against women, and the overall deterioration of law and order, along with the prevailing culture of impunity.

This announcement was made on Sunday, March 9, through a statement issued by JCD’s Office Secretary (Vice President rank), Md. Jahangir Alam.

According to the statement, JCD President Rakibul Islam Rakib and General Secretary Nasir Uddin Nasir declared the protest program on Sunday. All leaders and activists have been instructed to participate and ensure the success of the demonstration.
