Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club is playing against Abahani in the third round of Super League in Dhaka Premier League (DPL) today. In this high-voltage match, Shakib Al Hasan is entering the field on behalf of Sheikh Jamal.

According to national team selector Hannan Sarkar, Shakib was supposed to return home on Tuesday. But the Bangladesh all-rounder suddenly returned to Dhaka 2 days ago. Shakib is coming to the field after a day’s break.

Abahani’s 10 cricketers have been included in the announced squad for the five-match T20 series against Zimbabwe. Due to which the club was in crisis of players. However, 3 cricketers in the squad have been allowed to play in Abahani’s jersey today.
