Lebanon’s armed group Hezbollah has carried out massive rocket and drone attacks along Israel’s northern border. About 10,000 dunams or 10 square kilometers area has been burnt in this attack.

Hezbollah started attacking Israel’s northern border with rockets and drones from Monday night. But exactly how many rockets or how many drones have been used in this attack.

Israel’s Fire and Rescue Services said more than 30 firefighting units are working to put out the fire. As a result, several major roads in the Galilee area were blocked.

The Fire Department said in a statement that there were no casualties or damage to civilian infrastructure in these attacks by Hezbollah.

Earlier, last Sunday in the north of Israel due to rockets fired by Hezbollah, as a result of bushfires, 10,000 dunums or 10 square kilometers of trees were burnt in open areas including nature reserves, the Israel Nature and Parks Authority said. Dozens of firefighting units worked for hours to control fires caused by rocket fire in the city of Katzrin on the Golan Heights and elsewhere, they said. Some areas were still burning on Monday.

Sharon Levy, director of the Israeli Nature and Parks Authority’s Golan district, told Israeli media outlet Wynet News on Monday that the fire, caused by rockets fired by Hezbollah, burned areas including the Yehudiya Forest Nature Reserve, hiking trails and the reserve’s Black Canyon.
