139 Palestinians were killed in the Israeli attack in the Gaza Strip from last Monday to last Thursday. 331 people were injured. The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported such information.
The OCHA report also stated that Israel conducted a ground operation in the Shujaiya area of Gaza last Thursday. In this, 60,000 to 80,000 residents of the eastern and northeastern areas of Gaza City fled the area.
The Israeli army has ordered the general public to leave the Shujaiya area immediately. Since the start of the Israeli attack on Gaza in October last year, 78 percent of the people of the valley have been displaced. Before the war, 2.3 million people lived in Gaza.
The OCHA report also said that they planned to conduct 101 humanitarian assistance operations in northern Gaza from June 1 to June 27. However, Israeli forces assisted them in conducting only 49 operations.
On October 7, the Palestinian independence armed organization Hamas attacked the southern part of Israel. 1 thousand 139 people were killed in that attack. In response to the attack by Hamas, Israel started attacking the Gaza Strip from that day. At least 37,765 people have been killed in the war so far, according to Gaza's Ministry of Health. 86 thousand 429 people were injured.
