British technology entrepreneur Mike Lynch, his daughter Hannah Lynch and seven bodies have been recovered after a luxury yacht (yacht) sank off the coast of Italy’s Sicily last Monday. Mike Lynch has been described as the Bill Gates of the UK. Mike was acquitted of multiple fraud cases in the United States in connection with the sale of the company last June. Then he was going to start a new life. So he went out to celebrate in his own way with his wife Angela and daughter Hannah. They were joined by Lynch’s attorney Chris Morvillo of the law firm Clifford Chance and Morgan Stanley International Chairman Jonathan Blumer, along with their wives, among other dignitaries. They were enjoying a cruise around Sicily on the luxury British-flagged yacht Bayesian. The 56-meter probe is named after the 18th-century mathematician Thomas Bayes. Lynch is believed to have been influenced by the work of Thomas Bayes.

The cruise departs from Rotterdam, Netherlands. Last week it crossed the Strait of Gibraltar and reached the coast of Sicily. On Sunday, August 18, their yacht anchored at Porticello after stopping at the port of Milazzo.

Local fisherman Fabio Cefal (36) said they were used to seeing large dolphins but Bayesian fascinated them. They thought it might be a Hollywood star or technology entrepreneur Elon Musk. Although the weather forecast predicted the storm, Cefal woke up in the middle of the night to go fishing. He went to the port around 3:30 pm. At that time lightning flashed in the sky.

Eyewitness Sefal said, ‘A small cyclone started at 3:55. I have seen many storms in my life, but never before. All the chairs and tables in the nearby bar were blown away. Then the cyclone started moving towards the harbor. After that the cyclone changed its direction and started moving towards Pramodatari.

Cephal also said that the boat was rocking violently due to the eddies and waves. Bayesian’s situation then began to deteriorate. Closer to Bayesian was the Sir Robert Baden, another Dutch-flagged vessel, only 150 meters away. Built in 1957, 69-year-old skillful and experienced sailor Kirsten Börner was in charge of handling the ship.

“I start our ship’s engines first to keep the ship steady,” Kirsten told The Guardian. After securing our ship, we have the opportunity to focus on Bayesian,’ another local fisherman took the picture at the time. A photo he took showed a red rocket flare from Bayesian at 4:35 p.m. The fisherman named Francesco Lo Coco said, ‘I saw the ship swaying. Emergency rockets are launched from there during diving. Sir Robert Baden’s Captain Kirsten Borner was the first Bayesian to come forward; But by then Bayesian was sunk. He said, ‘I have never seen such a big ship sinking so fast. Within minutes everything was gone. Then we saw a raft of 15 people. They were rescued.

According to footage from the shipyard’s CCTV cameras, the Bayesians had 16 minutes to save themselves.

Italian news agency Adonchronos reported that passengers were looking for an escape route on the opposite side of the ferry. But water entered their cabin. The gully side of the embankment sinks first. It then began to tilt to the right. This was reported in Italian newspapers the day after the submarine sank. It is said that 15 of the 22 passengers on board have been rescued. Last Monday morning, Italian authorities said seven people, including Lynch, were missing. The incident quickly made international media headlines. The 10 survivors were taken to hospital, including Charlotte and her one-year-old child.

Another fisherman in Perticello said that the Bayesian ship soon sank. Because, it was in the wrong place at the wrong time. But Italian authorities have started investigating the matter. After the accident, the rescue work started quickly from Monday morning. Chef Riccaldo’s body was found that afternoon. Two more bodies were found on Wednesday morning. It is known that the bodies belong to Bloomer and Morvillo. Their wives’ bodies were found in the afternoon. Lynch’s body was found that evening. Divers last found the body of Lynch’s daughter, Hannah, underwater on Friday.

Like her father, Hannah wanted to celebrate her life that night. His A-level results came out last week. Hannah got an opportunity to study at Oxford University.

Just like her father, Hannah found herself at the beginning of a new chapter in her life. But one summer night their lives came to an abrupt halt. Italian investigators are now trying to understand why.
