BNP’s Acting Chairman, Tarique Rahman, has called for the support of online activists, stating that a conspiracy is underway against the country’s existence and nationalist forces. “BNP now needs the help of online warriors,” he said.

Speaking virtually as the chief guest at an iftar gathering honoring online activists at Hotel Lakeshore in Gulshan-2 on Monday (March 17) at 4 PM, Tarique Rahman claimed that BNP is being subjected to misinformation campaigns and media trials similar to those during the 1/11 political crisis.

Urging unity, he emphasized that BNP has always worked for the nation’s progress whenever it was in power. He stressed the importance of reaching out to new voters and informing them about BNP’s 31-point agenda.

He further stated that BNP seeks an election where people can cast their votes freely, as only an accountable government can bring real change for the people. Encouraging online activists to engage in logical debates, he reminded them that BNP had laid out a state reform plan two and a half years ago, acknowledging that differences of opinion are natural.
