DU ‘G’ Unit Admission Results Suspended by High Court

The High Court has suspended the publication of the Dhaka University ‘G’ Unit admission test results. A bench comprising Justice Fatema Najib and Justice Shikdar Mahmudur Razi issued the ruling along with the order on Wednesday. Dhaka University’s legal representative, Shishir Monir, confirmed the matter to journalists.
The ‘G’ Unit admission test was held on February 8. On February 20, a candidate submitted an application to the Vice-Chancellor (VC), requesting a re-examination due to multiple errors in the test, seeking a fair result. After receiving no response, the candidate filed a writ petition in the High Court, challenging the authorities’ inaction. The petition sought directives for the VC to address the initial application and requested a stay on further proceedings until the matter was resolved.
