BNP to Sell Nomination Forms for Reserved Women’s Seat By-Election

The ruling Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will begin selling nomination forms on Friday for the by-election to a reserved seat for women in the 13th National Parliament.
Interested candidates can collect nomination forms from the party’s central office in Nayapaltan between 10 am and 5 pm on October 16.
The announcement was made in a statement issued on Thursday and signed by BNP Assistant Office Secretary Muhammad Munir Hossain.
According to the statement, the by-election for the vacant reserved women’s seat, constituency 323-Mahila-23, is scheduled to take place on November 12, in line with the election schedule announced by the Election Commission.
Female candidates seeking the party’s nomination must collect the forms on October 16 and submit the completed documents to the same office on Saturday, October 17, between 10 am and 5 pm.
