Pubail (Gazipur) Correspondent:

Anwara Begum Darus Sunnah Qaumi Madrasa and Orphanage in Pubail, Gazipur Metropolitan, held its annual examination result announcement, award distribution, and turban presentation ceremony for Hafiz students.

The event took place on Friday evening, January 3, at the madrasa’s field in the Pakuria Tek area, Ward 40, Majukhan. The program commenced with a recitation from the Holy Quran after Maghrib prayers.

Chief Guest Address

The event was graced by the presence of the madrasa’s founder, prominent businessman, and Chairman of Lata Group of Companies, Ayub Ali Fahim. In his speech, Fahim emphasized, “The Quran is the charter of liberation for humanity. Allah revealed the Quran to guide lost souls to the path of light. To spread peace and harmony, we must return to the Quran. Humanity’s salvation and welfare lie in following the footsteps of our beloved Prophet (PBUH).”

Special guests included Pubail Metro Thana BNP Joint Secretary Haji Mansur Ali and Governing Body Director of the madrasa, Md. Shafizul Islam. Other notable attendees included:

Also present were the Imam and Khatib of Ma Asiya Anwara Jame Mosque, the madrasa’s Principal Hafiz Maulana Mohammad Mahmudul Hasan, Governing Body Members Mohammad Firoz, Hafiz Mohammad Abdullah, Hafiz Mohammad Rasel, Maulana Mohammad Robiul Islam, and Mufti Mohammad Masum Billah, along with many other esteemed Islamic scholars who participated in the Tafsirul Quran Mahfil.

The event witnessed a large turnout of devout Muslims who attended the sermon and turban ceremony.

Turban Presentation and Closing

Finally, the guests individually presented turbans to four Hafiz students of the madrasa. The program concluded with prayers, supplications, and the distribution of Tabarruk (blessed food).
