Starting today, Sunday, July 27, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka has introduced new restrictions on the number of people allowed to accompany passengers. According to a public notice from the airport authority, a maximum of two individuals will be permitted to enter the departure driveway and arrival canopy areas with each passenger.
The new rule aims to reduce traffic congestion and enhance security around the airport premises. Authorities stated that this measure is intended to ensure smoother passenger movement and maintain safety across key zones within the airport area.
