The Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited (BSCL), under the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology, has invited expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified entities to serve as “Reseller Partners” for the promotion, operation, and implementation of Starlink products and services.

Selected partners will be responsible for promoting services, handling installation and post-installation support, revenue collection, and performing other duties as outlined in the agreement.

BSCL has specified that eligible applicants must demonstrate valid technical and financial capacity. Potential candidates include licensed Internet Service Providers (ISPs), cable TV operators, or ICT and electronics equipment manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors with the required licenses and relevant experience. Additionally, applicants must have the capacity to make a pre-payment of at least BDT 30 million, which will be adjusted against purchases.

The deadline for submission of final applications is 27 August by 5:00 PM, and applications must be submitted to BSCL’s office at SEL Rose-N-Del, 7th Floor, 116 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Dhaka-1000.

Applications must include:

• A signed letter on company letterhead

• Relevant regulatory licenses

• Valid trade license

• Latest tax return including TIN

• VAT registration certificate

• Audited financial statements for the past two years

• Proof of at least two years of operational experience

• Client list

• Details of sales and technical support teams

• Proof of ability to make the required BDT 30 million pre-payment

• Declaration of no fraud, blacklisting, or regulatory violations
