Engineer Riazul Islam takes charge as RAJUK Chairman

The government has appointed Engineer Md. Riazul Islam as the Chairman of the Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (RAJUK) on a contractual basis for two years.
According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Public Administration’s Contractual and Foreign Appointments Wing on Saturday, March 8, the appointment has been made under Section 4(2) of the Town Improvement Act of 1953. The notification states that he cannot be engaged in any other profession, business, or employment with any government, semi-government, or private organization.
His appointment will be effective for two years from the date of joining, with other terms and conditions outlined in the contract.
