Christmas Celebrated with Various Programs in Pubail

Christians in the 41st ward of Gazipur City Corporation, Pubail, celebrated Christmas with various programs at the Nayabari Uttam Meschpalak Church.
The events included a special prayer service, cake cutting, and a youth kirtan (devotional singing).
At 9 AM on Wednesday, the church’s priest, Kunjon Quire, led a special prayer for the well-being of the nation and people. The Chief Guest, Dr. Nazmul Karim Khan, Commissioner of Gazipur Metropolitan Police (GMP), attended and cut the Christmas cake. Special guests included DC GMP Crime (South) NM Nasir Hossain, AC Gachha Fahim Asjad, ADC Crime South Hafizul Islam, Officer-in-Charge of Pubail Police Station Sheikh Amirul Islam, and the General Secretary of Pubail Thana Jubo Dal, Mohammad Abul Hossain Lincoln.
Other attendees included the Vice President of the church and Director of the Metropolitan Christian Co-operative Society, Sujoy Purification, Church General Secretary Ranjit Palma, President of Maria Sangha Maloncha Palma, President of Christian Youth Sangha Placid, Ranjan Palma, and others.
