Suspected Woman in Saif Attack Nabbed

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked in his home on the night of January 16 by an unidentified individual. The actor sustained multiple stab wounds to his back, neck, and hands while attempting to stop the intruder. Despite the ordeal, Saif managed to push the attacker out of the room. He was hospitalized for several days but has since recovered and returned home. Saif described the harrowing incident to the police, stating that he and Kareena were in their bedroom on the 11th floor when they heard their younger son, Jeh, screaming. Rushing to his room, they found the attacker alongside their terrified housekeeper, who was also shouting. Acting quickly, Saif confronted the assailant, leading to the injuries he suffered.
Meanwhile, Mumbai police have arrested a woman from West Bengal’s Nadia district in connection to the attack. The woman, a resident of Andulia village in Murshidabad, is alleged to have links with the main accused, Shariful Fakir, who reportedly entered India from Bangladesh with her assistance. Authorities are arranging to bring her to Mumbai for further investigation.
