NCP to meet Chief Adviser at Jamuna after BNP and Jamaat

The National Citizens’ Party (NCP) is set to meet Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus following separate scheduled meetings with BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami. A delegation led by NCP convener Nahid Islam is expected to meet with the Chief Adviser at the state guesthouse Jamuna tonight (Saturday, May 24) at 8:30 PM. The information was confirmed by the party’s joint member secretary, Mushfiq Us Salehin.
Earlier in the evening, a BNP delegation led by Standing Committee member Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain is scheduled to arrive at the Jamuna guesthouse at 7:30 PM, according to the BNP press wing.
On Friday night (May 23), the Chief Adviser’s press wing had announced that he would hold separate meetings with both BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami. The meeting with BNP is set for 7:00 PM, followed by Jamaat at 8:00 PM.
