SSC Examinees to Receive Training During Academic Break: Asif Nazrul

On Saturday, May 31, Professor Dr. Asif Nazrul, Adviser to the Interim Government on Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs as well as Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment, inaugurated a skills development program at the Tangail Technical Training Center. In his speech, he highlighted that for the first time in the country, 6,000 SSC examinees will receive technical training during the 3 to 6-month break following their exams. The initiative, launched at various centers including Tangail, aims to utilize this free period to build skills among students. Dr. Nazrul also emphasized that if individuals going abroad receive proper training before migration, they will be entitled to better salaries and facilities. Additionally, he announced plans to establish hospitals owned by expatriates themselves, with swift implementation. The event was chaired by Tangail Deputy Commissioner Sharifa Haque, with Director General of the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training, Saleh Ahmed Mozaffer, also in attendance. The welcome address was delivered by Rashedul Islam, Principal of the Tangail Technical Training Center.
