Chief Adviser Appoints Two More Special Assistants with State Minister Status

Interim government Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus has appointed Sheikh Moinuddin and Faiz Ahmad Tayyab as special assistants with the rank of state ministers.
According to a gazette notification issued on Wednesday, March 5, by the Cabinet Division, signed by Secretary Dr. Sheikh Abdur Rashid, both individuals will serve as special assistants while holding the rank and benefits of state ministers. Sheikh Moinuddin has been assigned executive authority over the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges, while Faiz Ahmad Tayyab will oversee the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications, and Information Technology. The order is effective immediately.
