The newly elevated leaders are Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, Aman Ullah Aman, Farhad Halim Donar, and Ismail Zabih Ullah. The meeting was attended by Salahuddin Ahmed, BNP Standing Committee member and Minister of Home Affairs.

According to party insiders, the discussion focused on organizational matters, party strategy, and strengthening coordination within the BNP’s top decision-making body.

Earlier in the day, the four leaders paid tribute to the late President Ziaur Rahman and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia by laying wreaths at their graves in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka.
