The Times of Dhaka Holds Monthly Extended Editorial Meeting, Charts Strategic Growth

The Times of Dhaka convened its Monthly Extended Editorial Meeting on Tuesday at a prestigious restaurant in the capital, bringing together members of its Editorial Board and invited guests to review the organization’s performance and set strategic priorities for the months ahead.

The meeting was attended by Publisher Mustakim Nibir, Chief Editor Mohiuddin Ahmed Jinthu, Executive Editor Zubayer Rakesh, Joint Editor Muktadir Abir, Special Correspondents Niloy Mridha, Lonik, Mehedi, and Ruby  as well as Deputy Online In-Charge Nayeem.

Discussions centered on the organization’s editorial performance, newsroom development, and long-term growth strategy. Participants reviewed ongoing initiatives aimed at strengthening editorial standards while reaffirming the publication’s commitment to independent, accurate, and timely journalism.

The editorial leadership also outlined priorities for the coming months, including accelerating digital transformation, expanding investigative reporting, enhancing multimedia storytelling, and increasing audience engagement across digital platforms.
