Commission Investigating 1,752 Enforced Disappearance Cases

On Tuesday, March 4, during a briefing on the activities of the Commission of Inquiry on Enforced Disappearances, its Chairman, Moinul Islam Chowdhury, revealed that a total of 1,752 complaints had been filed with the commission so far. He also stated that efforts are underway to locate 330 individuals reported as victims of enforced disappearances.
