During a meeting held on Sunday (April 20) at the state guest house Jamuna, Muhammad Faozul Kabir Khan, the Adviser to the Ministries of Road Transport & Bridges, Railways, and Power, Energy & Mineral Resources, assured that the upcoming Eid-ul-Adha will see minimal load shedding and smooth transportation without major traffic congestion.
He informed the Chief Adviser, Dr. Muhammad Yunus, about the preparations for Eid, stating that instead of working in isolation, ministries have coordinated as a unified unit to ensure better services. Recalling the success of Ramadan, when there was stable commodity pricing and no power outages during Iftar and Sehri, he expressed confidence that the same efficiency would continue through Eid-ul-Adha, promising a seamless logistical experience.
Dr. Yunus thanked the officials for ensuring a trouble-free Eid during the previous occasion and emphasized the importance of continuing this standard. The meeting was attended by senior officials including Sheikh Mohin Uddin, Special Assistant at the Ministry of Road Transport, Power Division Secretary Farzana Momtaz, Energy and Mineral Resources Secretary Muhammad Saiful Islam, and Chief Secretary to the Chief Adviser Siraj Uddin Mia, among others.
