BNP, NCP, and CPB to participate in dialogue with Consensus Commission today

The National Consensus Commission has started dialogue with political parties to reach a final decision on the proposed recommendations of the reform commissions. On Sunday, the commission is set to engage in talks with the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), National Citizen’s Party (NCP), and Communist Party of Bangladesh (CPB).
The dialogue process began earlier on Sunday, with a meeting held with the State Reform Movement at 9:30 AM at the LD Hall of the National Parliament. The meeting is being led by Ali Riaz, Vice Chairman of the National Consensus Commission.
At 1:00 PM, BNP will present its opinions on the reform proposals to the commission, followed by discussions with NCP at 2:00 PM, and then CPB at 2:30 PM. The main dialogue process of the commission started on Thursday, with the first discussion held with the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), followed by a meeting with the Khalafat Majlish on Saturday.
