Safe Roads Day 2025 was observed across various locations under the Munshiganj Road Division of the Roads and Highways Department (RHD) along the accident-prone Dhaka–Mawa Highway. The event was organized to raise awareness about road safety and reduce traffic-related casualties on one of the busiest highways in the country.

The program was organized under the leadership of Executive Engineer Mohammad Masud Mahmud Suman, who served as the chief organizer of the event. The activities were coordinated by Sub-Divisional Engineers Md. Harun-or-Rashid and Mohammad Sakib, along with other RHD officials, engineers, employees, and citizens from various walks of life.

As part of the initiative, a significant number of modern helmets were distributed among motorcycle riders to encourage safe driving practices and protect lives on the road. The gesture was widely appreciated by the public for its contribution to promoting road safety awareness and saving lives.
